PROJECT MANAGER FOR EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION Acting as Brockton Area Transit’s (BAT) contractor, Champion City Transit Management is looking for a determined individual with a positive attitude to serve as our Project Manager for Employee Recruitment and Retention. This highly visible position will report directly to the General Manager and will work closely with the Comptroller and other business unit leaders. This position requires a person with strong people skills with the ability to synthesize information quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality with a focus on relationship building. A person filling this position will work closely with department heads to support the staffing needs of the organization which is known for providing exemplary public transportation service within Southeastern Massachusetts. The Project Manager will be responsible for processing applications for employment, scheduling interviews, assist with new hire onboarding, attending job fairs and other responsibilities intended to assist the General Manager in meeting the staffing needs of a diverse organization. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree, which is preferred, but must have at least an Associate’s degree. The schedule requires a person to work during weekdays and may be filled on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the candidate and organization’s needs.
